Georgia Supreme Court Candidate hides finances—again—failing to file required disclosure weeks before Election Day
ATLANTA, Ga. (April 20, 2026) — The Coolidge Reagan Foundation is calling on Jen Jordan, candidate for Georgia Supreme Court and now a two-time scofflaw, to file her mandatory personal financial disclosure (PFD) report – already three weeks late! This is another slap in the face of voters ahead of the May 19 election, leaving the people of Georgia little time to learn what Jen Jordan is hiding.
“This stunning lack of honesty and transparency is exactly why the American people have lost faith in our judges,” said Shaun McCutcheon, chair of the Coolidge Reagan Foundation. “Jen Jordan isn’t fresh off the farm – she knows the law. She’s a lawyer and a former state senator, and she ran for Georgia Attorney General in 2022 – where she did the exact same thing and got busted for it! More than anyone else, she knows exactly what the law requires of her. What is she trying to hide?”
Georgia law requires all statewide candidates to file a Personal Financial Disclosure report by April 1. The other three candidates in contested Supreme Court races have filed their reports. However, screenshots from the Georgia Ethics Commission website (ethics.ga.gov) show Jordan still has not filed – three weeks after the deadline. The website also clearly lists 04/01/2026 as the filing deadline.
But this isn’t the first time Jordan has disregarded disclosure requirements.
During Jordan’s 2022 campaign for Attorney General, she was penalized and reached a settlement for violating the exact same rules surrounding her Personal Financial Disclosure (the very same report she had failed to file again in this race).
“This isn’t an innocent mistake,” McCutcheon said. “Jordan has already been punished once for breaking Georgia’s disclosure rules. She knows what she’s required to do, and she’s choosing not to do it anyway.”
To make matters worse, a recent change in Georgia law prevents the Ethics Commission from accepting complaints filed within the 60-day period before an election.
“Maybe that’s just the loophole Jen Jordan is counting on to keep whatever she’s hiding from the people out of sight,” McCutcheon added. “How can Georgia voters trust someone to enforce the law who breaks it willy-nilly?”
The Coolidge Reagan Foundation is urging Jordan to immediately file her financial disclosure report – and calling on the Georgia Ethics Commission to fully prosecute this two-time offender.
ABOUT THE COOLIDGE REAGAN FOUNDATION
For more than a decade, the Coolidge Reagan Foundation has defended free speech, exposed corrupt politicians, and protected election integrity, ensuring America’s founding principles endure. Its 2018 complaint against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee over the unlawful funding of the Steele Dossier led to a six-figure fine—the only fine ever levied against her. The foundation’s 2019 complaint against Bernie Sanders for hiring illegal aliens led to a five-figure penalty, and it has fearlessly taken on the political corruption of Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Cori Bush, Jasmine Crockett, and Rashida Tlaib, among others.
