Demand GoFundMe Enforce Their Own Policy, Remove & Refund Donors of the “Going Back to TXST” Campaign

Background: GoFundMe’s Terms of Service are clear: the platform will not host fundraisers that promote or benefit from violence, extremism, or harassment. Section 8.8 specifically prohibits “any activity in support of terrorism, extremism, hate, violence, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.” Yet today, GoFundMe is hosting a fundraiser for Devion Canty Jr., whose notoriety comes from grotesquely reenacting the assassination of Christian conservative leader Charlie Kirk at a Texas State University memorial service. His appeal for donations is rooted in that violent display, which the university itself condemned as “mocking, trivializing, or promoting violence” and in direct violation of its student conduct code. Why This Matters: This is not about free speech. The First Amendment protects expression, but it does not entitle anyone to mock violence and then profit from it by utilizing a commercial fundraising platform. By allowing this campaign to continue, GoFundMe is going against their own stated policy and allowing Canty Jr. to monetize on the grounds of harassment and intimidation. Conflicts With Section 8.8: Rooted in Harassment & Violence: The campaign exists only because of Canty Jr.’s despicable actions at a solemn memorial service he was never personally invited to attend. His disgusting assassination reenactment demeaned the life and death of Charlie Kirk and disrupted those taking time out of their day to honor him. Profiting from Intimidation: Canty Jr.’s campaign narrative casts himself as the ‘real victim,’ while fundraising directly from the controversy his own behavior created. Violence as a Selling Point: Some donors may not be contributing because of merit or education, but because of the notoriety surrounding a violent act—exactly what GoFundMe prohibits. Inconsistent Enforcement: GoFundMe has acted before. In 2022, the platform froze and refunded more than $10 million for Canada’s “Freedom Convoy,” citing links to “police reports and other unlawful activity.” Leaving Canty Jr.’s fundraiser online now demonstrates selective enforcement, undermining public trust. Call to Action: To NTC Advocates: Join NTC President Chad Banghart in sending correspondence to: GoFundMe’s CEO Tim Cadogan, Chief Legal Officer Kim Wilford, and Senior Director of Communications Leigh Lehman. Demand you want the “Going Back to TXST” fundraiser removed for violating Section 8.8 of GoFundMe’s Terms of Service. To GoFundMe: Remove the Canty Jr. campaign or explain why it does not violate Section 8.8. Consistency is essential for public trust. To Potential Donors: Ask whether your contributions reward education or help fund harassment rooted in violent mockery. To the Public: Stand up for even-handed enforcement. Free speech is protected by law, but companies must apply their own standards fairly across the board. Conclusion: If GoFundMe refuses to enforce its own rules, its policies are hypocritical and meaningless. Tell the Philly Library System to Stop Hosting Anti-Israel “Storytime”

Libraries can and should be a resource for engaging with controversial ideas and beliefs, but not for pushing programming that indoctrinates kids with violent and divisive messages. That’s exactly what Philadelphia’s public libraries are doing, as they host pro-Palestine kids’ storytime events that are scheduled to continue throughout the summer. According to the Washington Free Beacon, these events have previously featured: Reading allowed from a book that erases Israel from the map  Coloring pages that promote the so-called “right of return.” A craft that included writing the names of “martyred children of the ongoing Israeli bombardment of Gaza.” A promotional photo of a child wearing a headscarf that says “Jerusalem, we are coming,” in Arabic, a slogan Hamas uses to call for the destruction of the Jewish state. On its website, The Free Library of Philadelphia claims to be “committed to creating and advancing a welcoming environment where our staff and patrons…are respected…we strive to ensure different perspectives, values, cultures, and identities are acknowledged, welcomed, and valued.” That’s a great goal. They should actually implement it. Send a message to library leaders telling them to cancel these events that violate their stated principles and push an agenda that has no place in a children’s story time at the library. Companies Must Cut Ties with Degenerate Law Firm

Real estate agent Julie Mauck stood up for parental rights, and we stood up for her — now she’s fighting for her career, and asking New Tolerance Campaign advocates for help once again. After imploring her local library to move a sexually explicit book from the children’s section to the adult section, Mauck was targeted by radical trans activists (pictured) who knowingly and falsely accused her of making discriminatory comments, made false accusations to her real estate broker that resulted in her being fired, and then filed “hate speech” charges with the local board of Realtors based on allegations they knew were untrue. After an ordeal, Mauck was cleared of any wrongdoing by the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, but the damage was already done; she lost her job and had her reputation smeared. With help from the Coalition For Liberty, Mauck sued to restore her dignity and stop cancel culture from being used to attack everyday Americans. The radical trans activists who devastated Mauck’s livelihood are being represented by the powerful law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner — for free. Bryan Cave’s actions should raise serious concerns. And yet, major organizations continue to do business with them: American Soybean Association Columbia University Howard University Missouri Botanical Garden Missouri Historical Society New York University Pride Live Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, Inc. Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Stowers Institute for Medical Research United States Anti-Doping Agency United States Swimming, Inc. University of Colorado USA Volleyball Washington University Webster University Wheaton College World Vision X Prize Foundation Are they unaware? Or just uncaring? Tell these companies they’re working with a law firm representing radical trans activists for free who are fighting to destroy the life of a concerned parent. Urge them to cut ties with Bryan Cave Leighton!

No Hate at Kent State!

Libraries can and should be a resource for engaging with controversial ideas and beliefs, but not for pushing programming that indoctrinates kids with violent and divisive messages. He called the slaughter of more than 1,200 innocent people a “miracle” — and he’s teaching at Kent State University. “In Al Aqsa Flood, we have seen miracle, after miracle, after miracle,” Professor and Imam Nadar Taha said during a December sermon, invoking the term Hamas terrorists use to describe the October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel. Kent State responded: “The remarks were not made on a Kent State campus, nor as part of any official event or program.” Apparently, for Kent State President Todd Diacon, glorifying violence doesn’t matter as long as it doesn’t happen on school grounds. Tell Kent State University President Todd Diacon and the Board of Trustees to say NO to Nadar Taha teaching at the school!

SurveyMonkey Must End Its Lockout of PragerU

SurveyMonkey just locked PragerU out of their account, cutting off access to years of critical data. Now, they’re holding PragerU hostage until the educational service posts a disclaimer: “SurveyMonkey is not associated with, nor does it endorse or sponsor this specific content or PragerU.” What’s the content, you ask? A PragerU video highlighting the very real and growing number of “detransitioners” — people who had sex-change procedures and now regret that decision. SurveyMonkey’s decision not only impacts PragerU’s operations but sets a dangerous precedent for silencing organizations that challenge mainstream narratives. “Say what we demand, or lose access to your account!” Tell SurveyMonkey CEO Eric Johnson and the company’s senior staff to end their lockout of PragerU! Gabriella Flores wants you to know that her pronouns are “she” and “her.” She also wants you to know that Jews need not apply to sublet her Boston apartment. The Student Success Coordinator at the famed Berklee College of Music posted an ad seeking someone to pick up the remainder of her lease. 🟢 LGBTQ? A-ok! 🟢 Marijuana smoker? All good! ❌ “Zionist?” Get lost! Is this the type of behavior the Berklee College of Music welcomes among its faculty and staff? How can any Jewish student feel safe or included at the famed arts school? SPLC Must End Its Smear Campaign Against “Not the Bee”

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is fighting tirelessly to save Americans from…a humorous website?? Seth Dillon, founder of the satirical Internet destination “The Babylon Bee” and its sister website “Not the Bee” took to X on November 19 to share that the “discredited, scandal-ridden smear factory known as the SPLC is about to publish a hit piece doxxing several of our ‘Not the Bee’ writers who wished to remain anonymous so they could speak freely, without fear. The SPLC extracted sensitive information from our site, then used that information to contact our writers directly.” The outrageous story is online here. It’s a far cry from the days decades ago when the SPLC stood as an objective arbiter of “hate” and “extremism” in the United States. Today, the SPLC is little more than a leftist smear machine — and not even comedy is safe. “I won’t accept is the doxxing and smearing of our staff because they said some things the SPLC doesn’t like,” Dillon said. You shouldn’t either. Tell the SPLC to retract their story and apologize for their unethical “journalism”!

Support the Whistleblower Who Exposed Illegal Gender Treatments

Shockwaves reverberated across America when Dr. Eithan Haim, a surgeon at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), blew the whistle on unethical and illegal gender transition treatments on minors at the medical center. Now, he’s being targeted for speaking out. Soon after pulling the curtain back on TCH noncompliance with the law, Haim’s home was visited by federal marshals and he was slapped with a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) violation for exposing patients’ personal details — even though he never did anything of the sort. Haim could lose his medical license and his job as a result of what looks like yet another instance of the weaponization of the legal system for political revenge. “There was this deep visceral part of me that knew exactly what was happening,” Haim said “That they were there because we had challenged the political ideology, and they were there to make an example out of me.” Tell Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari and the DOJ to drop these charges against a man whose only crime was telling the truth! NewsGuard Must Answer for Fact-Check Bias

Have you heard of NewsGuard? Chances are you haven’t, but they’re the largest and most influential so-called “fact checking” organization in the United States. They’re also incredibly biased. Left-leaning media outlets like CNN and the New York Times are regularly given “high credibility” scores — the same CNN that presented the Jussie Smollet and Nick Sandeman hoaxes as full-blown hate crimes, and the same New York Times that wrote prolifically for years about the Russia-collusion fraud. At the same time, right-of-center sources such as Fox News, PragerU, and The Federalist are branded by NewsGuard as “uncredible,” “risky” purveyors of “misinformation” and “disinformation.” NewsGuard’s ratings are taken as gospel by Big Tech and public schools nationwide, used to filter what can be taught in class and shared on social media sites. They’ve partnered with the federal government in initiatives “discrediting and demonetizing the disfavored press and redirecting money and audiences to news organizations that publish favored viewpoints,” according to a blockbuster lawsuit essentially labeling NewsGuard a censor-for-hire. The New Tolerance campaign is proud to join forces with the team at PragerU to demand accountability from this purported “objective” gatekeeper of speech. Tell NewsGuard that any credibility they might salvage demands full transparency.

Unethical WPATH Leadership Must Resign

An explosive exposé has revealed the radical gender movement and the major medical organization that enables it to be an unscientific sham. Leaked communications from the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) reveal an enterprise promoting something “much more akin to quack medicine or pseudoscience or witchcraft than anything approaching science-based medicine” according to journalist Michael Shellenberger, who broke the story. The “WPATH Files” (or, as one pediatrician called them, the “Frankenstein Files”) reveal an institution that privately acknowledges that transgender procedures they advocate for are experimental, untested, and devastatingly painful. WPATH is the leading global authority on so-called “gender medicine.” Their recommendations are adopted by the National Institutes of Health, the World Health Organization, and every major American medical and psychiatric association. The New Tolerance Campaign is proud to team up with Transition Justice and their sister organization Partners for Ethical Care on this campaign that allows the public to hold WPATH accountable. Tell WPATH President Marci Bowers and the rest of the group’s unethical leadership to resign and close the doors of this reckless and discredited organization!

Public Schools Must Sever Ties with Bigoted CAIR

How can any school partner with the CAIR — an organization that was “happy to see” the brutal Hamas terrorist attack on Israeli civilians on October 7? Sadly, it’s happening. Recent news shined a spotlight on formal relationships between the Chicago and Teaneck, New Jersey school systems and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). The collaborations are ostensibly done to “promote inclusion,” but CAIR’s track record shows it to be an organization that does anything but. The last organization that should be instructing any student about “inclusion” is CAIR. In addition to the “blatant and classic antisemitism” spouted by the group’s leaders for years, CAIR has become notorious as an organization that promotes a culture of sexual harassment, misogyny, and even discrimination against fellow Muslims that stretches from its state-based chapters to its national headquarters in Washington, DC. The White House severed ties with CAIR; shouldn’t Chicago and New Jersey public schools do the same? Send a message to Chicago Public Schools CEO Pedro Martinez and Teaneck Superintendent Andre Spencer demanding they cut ties with CAIR and put students first!

BLM Supports Terrorism. Corporations Must Stop Supporting BLM

Throughout the summer of 2020, corporations were falling all over themselves to proudly proclaim their “anti-racism” and financial backing of Black Lives Matter (BLM), a radical progressive movement founded to “disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure” and encourage Americans to view one another first and foremost by the color of their skin. All that is bad enough, but after BLM Chicago posted on X in support of the Hamas terrorist attacks that killed over 1,200 Jewish civilians in Israel on October 7, corporate backing of BLM needs to end now. Some brands, like Coca-Cola, have already scrubbed any mention of BLM support from their websites and social media. Dozens of others have not, including Amazon, Dove, DoorDash, AirBnB, and more. Stop CAIR’s Attempted Inroads in Congress

Warning: CAIR is trying to position itself as the authoritative voice Congress should look to during the Israel-Hamas conflict! But CAIR is the last organization Congress should be looking to for advice. The ADL has chronicled CAIR’s long history of promoting antisemitism — which is now out in the open after Hamas killed more than 1,000 civilians. CAIR’s Executive Director Nihad Awad (pictured) outrageously claimed “there is no difference between Ukraine and Palestine” while likening Hamas gunmen to Martin Luther King, Jr. CAIR’s New Jersey chapter condemned all elected officials in the state who issued statements of support for Israel. A 2021 NPR report recounted a decades-long history of sexual harassment against female employees at CAIR, alongside other reports of discrimination — even against fellow Muslims! Peace in the Middle East will never be achieved with CAIR’s corrupt and radical guidance. Cancel Culture Comes for a Cancer Patient — Demand Answers Here

We know cancel culture can cost people their jobs. Now, it can cost you your life. Just ask Marlene, a cancer patient receiving treatment at a facility run by Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). After expressing statements critical of radical gender ideology, she received correspondence from OHSU stating they would no longer treat her — and not just for cancer. The letter banned Marlene “from all OHSU Family Medicine clinics, including Immediate Care.” The Hippocratic Oath demands doctors “practice two things in dealings with disease: either help or do not harm the patient.” OHSU is upholding neither. Stand up for Marlene and against medical tyranny! Send a message to Oregon Health & Science University Chairman Wayne Monfries and the OHSU Board of Directors demanding answers as to why OHSU values social issues over health!
